There is so much more to tea than tea bags. There is a vast array of teas available but what are the differences? How do you choose the best ones? How are they best brewed?
We can teach you all of the secrets and techniques to choose and make the very best brews.
We have a passion for tea so if you've ever wanted to know what a tea taster does you can find out. We can talk expertly about and demonstrate all aspects of tea for a fun and involving experience.

 

Using the very best equipment with selected teas and infusions you will:

· Participate in your own Tea Tasting

· Brew and try perfect teas

· Hear about the origin and history of tea

· Understand different types of tea and their benefits including;
Green Teas, Black Teas, Oolong, Fruit and Herbal infusions

· Learn how tea is picked, processed and made into the drink we recognise

· Learn about the Orthodox production method which is employed to make the best teas vs. the CTC mass production process

· Discuss the Truths and Myths about tea

We organise regular Tea Tasting Workshops around the UK.
